1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Real Mortgage website and its tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

The Service provides a collection of financial calculators and informational tools related to real estate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are an information service and lead-matching platform only. Real Mortgage is not a licensed mortgage broker, lender, or financial advisor in the UAE or any other jurisdiction. These tools are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

The content and calculations provided by the Service do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified financial advisor, licensed mortgage broker, or real estate agent. You should not rely solely on the information provided by our tools to make any financial decisions. We strongly recommend seeking professional advice tailored to your specific situation before proceeding with any mortgage or real estate transaction.

4. Accuracy of Information and Estimates

We strive to keep the information and calculation logic on the Service accurate and up-to-date. However, the UAE real estate market, regulations, and fee structures are subject to change. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information or calculation on the Service. All results should be considered estimates and may vary significantly from actual outcomes.

Calculator results do not guarantee mortgage approval, specific interest rates, or any particular outcome. Actual mortgage terms depend on your creditworthiness, employment history, citizenship, and individual bank policies.

5. Lead Matching Service and Consent

When you submit your information through our lead-matching form, you consent to the following:

• Real Mortgage may contact you via email or phone with mortgage-related information and follow-ups
• Real Mortgage may share your personal information (name, email, phone, nationality, residency status, and calculator inputs/results) with licensed UAE mortgage brokers and banks for the purpose of matching you with relevant mortgage products
• Brokers and banks may contact you directly to discuss mortgage options

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@realmortgage.xyz.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Real Mortgage may receive referral fees or other compensation from mortgage brokers and banks when you submit your information and subsequently apply for or proceed with a mortgage through them. This arrangement does not influence the matching process or the recommendations we provide. We are transparent about this model to ensure you understand our business relationship with partner lenders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall Real Mortgage or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) calculator results or reliance thereon; (v) any mortgage or financial decision based on our tools; and (vi) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Real Mortgage. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
